The benefits of relaxation spa special packages go back to the time of Hippocrates. He was known as the “father of Medicine” and he already recognised that small motions in the direction of the heart could greatly improve the health of the heart. This is the same principle of massaging. Massaging is the stimulation of tissues in order to promote healing and to release tension. There are a number of relaxation spa packages available and they all have different aims and purposes.

The facial will leave you feeling relaxed as trained therapists work on pressure points on your face, your neck and your shoulders. A natural product is used to revive the fresh new layer of skin that lies just below the dead outer layer. Then the head and shoulder massage is focused on relieving tension in these areas. This is one of the places where headaches and stress seem to accumulate the most so working these areas can be extremely beneficial. It will also stimulate your memory and your focus.
